The Intensive Trauma Treatment Centre is a 573 sqm mental health facility in Stafford, designed to support veterans receiving treatment.
Perfect Practice designed the facility with 29 counselling rooms, administration and practice manager offices, a staff room and a patient lounge. The brief prioritised comfort, functionality and easy navigation for clients and practitioners spending extended periods onsite.
An understated design combines clean lines with muted, neutral and earthy tones. Lighting, acoustics and furnishings were selected for rooms used throughout the day. Durable, practical materials support ongoing maintenance while maintaining a warm, approachable atmosphere.
The completed centre brings treatment, patient and staff spaces together in a calm, uncluttered setting. Its layout and consistent palette are designed to reduce visual overwhelm and help clients feel safe, welcome and comfortable.
