Brecken Health Doubleview is a 550 sqm general health practice. Its calm, family-oriented design takes inspiration from nearby Scarborough Beach.
Perfect Practice designed the facility with eight consulting rooms, four allied health rooms and pathology. It also includes a three-bed treatment room, a procedure room and a staff room. Reception and waiting areas are located on both levels.
The design draws on Brecken Health’s Shenton practice, adding a coastal feel through warm, blue and sandy tones. Features include chevron-pattern vinyl plank flooring, a Brecken Health logo divider and an angled ceiling in the treatment room.
The practice brings general practice and allied health spaces together across two levels, with a coastal identity that reflects its location.
