Working closely with the Head of Design and wider team, you’ll contribute to project success through strong design execution and collaboration.

· Coordinate with consultants and internal teams
· Support resolution of technical and design challenges
· Maintain project milestones and updates (Monday.com)
· Participate in design reviews, presentations, and client meetings
· Contribute to efficient, buildable, and cost-aware design solutions
Why Join Perfect Practice?
· Work on real projects that get built, not just concepts
· Be part of a collaborative, high-performing team
· Gain exposure to a fully integrated design + construct environment
· Join a business that celebrates employee contributions through monthly Values Champion awards, along with gift cards and bonus incentives.
What We’re Looking For
· Experience as an Interior Designer
· Strong skills across design development and documentation
· Ability to balance creativity with technical accuracy
· Experience in commercial or healthcare projects (preferred)
· Highly organised with strong attention to detail
· Confident communicator and team collaborator
· Proactive and solutions-focused mindset
What Matters Here
· Quality, accuracy, and compliance are essential
· Deadlines matter, and are met
· Communication is proactive and clear
· Designs must always be practical, coordinated, and buildable
