Swift Emergency & Urgent Care in Rouse Hill is designed to deliver fast and efficient medical care for non-life-threatening emergencies. Operating under a Level 1 Urgent Care model, it is staffed by emergency physicians and specialists, offering services that range from treating minor injuries to managing more complex conditions.
Equipped with advanced medical technology, including on-site radiology and pathology, Swift is committed to reducing wait times and providing a calm, family-friendly environment—setting it apart from traditional emergency departments.
Project overview
Perfect Practice partnered with co-founders and directors Dr Vijay Manivel and Dr Gopinath Betarayappa to design an innovative emergency service facility that prioritises patient care and experience.
The project aimed to transform the perception of emergency services within the community, creating a space where patients feel supported and valued while receiving outstanding care.
Swift Emergency & Urgent Care places the patient experience at its core. This state-of-the-art facility is a testament to the founders’ dedication to delivering exceptional care in a calming and supportive environment.

- Optimisation of spaces and patient flow: Efficient layouts ensure seamless navigation for both patients and staff.

- High-end finishes: Premium materials were selected to create an environment that feels sophisticated yet approachable, avoiding an overly clinical or opulent feel.

- Specialised procedure and ward facilities: A procedure room and ward equipped with medical gas provisions to support patients with more critical needs.
- Comprehensive care in one location: Patients can access a full range of services and treatments at a single site, ensuring convenience and continuity of care.
A cohesive branding vision
Perfect Practice introduced a refreshed logo design, featuring a blue and green palette that retained a modern, professional aesthetic while intentionally departing from conventional hospital colours.
This reimagined branding was thoughtfully integrated into every aspect of the project’s design. From interiors to signage, every element was aligned to reflect the updated identity.
The result is a cohesive and polished brand that highlights the facility’s innovative approach and steadfast commitment to exceptional patient care.

The design philosophy prioritised inspiring comfort and trust from a patient’s perspective. The guiding principle was to evoke the sentiment: “I feel cared for when I am here,” offering a stark contrast to the unease often associated with emergency settings.
