- 5 years experience in the Construction/Fitout Industry
- Healthcare experience an advantage
- Experience working with Councils
- Trade negotiation skills
- Confidence liaising with clients, contractors and staff
- Experience dealing with WHS Compliance, SWMS, Insurances
- Experience issuing tender packages to trades
- Must be able to easily understand & review scope of works documentation
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
- Jonas Premier & Procore experience an advantage
- Microsoft Suite
- Must have own Drivers Licence
