Our Site Risk Assessment is facilitated in two parts:
Site Viability Report:
- Demand Review – based on most relevant demographic factors
- Supply Review – using actual FTE data of surrounding clinics
- Competitor analysis – comparison of services offered. Includes potential complementary services i.e. Allied Health
- Demographic Review – relevant for consideration
- Suburb Review – future planned development, infrastructure
- Site scorecard – summary incl. site exposure, ease of access, on-site parking, proximity to public transport, primary schools, childcare.

- Thorough site feasibility assessment and a detailed risk report established
- Floorplan, Virtual Reality, and 3D development workshops

- Preliminary discussions with 3rd parties associated with the project such as certifier, building manager/strata and engineers

- Detailed scope of works and accurate pricing guide
